The Dive Store Templates disk and its entire contents are Copyright (©) 2009 by Sinulogic LLC. When you purchase the disk, what you are really purchasing is a license to use its contents in accordance with the following terms:
As an authorized licensee of this material, you may:
- Use the contents of the disk to create a single website for your store or business.
- Modify the included text, images, HTML code, JavaScript and PHP code as needed to meet your needs.
- Use the included text and images in other materials to promote the same store or business associated with the website you create.
- If you sell the store or business for whom you created a website using this material, you may transfer these rights along with other assets of your business. In so doing, however, you relinquish the right to further use of this material yourself.
You may not, however:
- Create more than one single website using the contents of the disk.
- Sell, trade or otherwise transfer the contents of the disk, in any form, to any other party, including other stores or businesses, or friends or relatives (the sole exception being the sale of a business as outlined above).
As a licensee, you agree to maintain the copyright notice appearing at the bottom of each page. You further agree to inform Sinulogic, LLC, if you see or learn of any unauthorized use of the text, designs or images contained on the disk by any other business or individual.
USA and international copyright regulations require us to vigorously defend our rights under copyright law. Rest assured we will do so.
